  • Phone support. Incidents are collected through a telephone helpdesk and, when possible, solutions are suggested without sending experts to customers’ facilities.
  • Experts are sent to customers’ facilities.

Serra offers training courses tailored to customers’ needs, as regards:

  • Training in resistance welding
  • Training in welding controls
  • Training in electric pincers

We provide training both in-house and at customers’ sites.
